Craig Hepner
President & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Hepner has served in these positions with the Bank and Company since August, 2019. Prior to assuming these roles, Mr. Hepner served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Bank since 2014 and the Company since its formation in 2016. Previously, Mr. Hepner served as President, Chief Executive Officer and as a Director of Twin Oaks Savings Bank from January 2001 until the Bank’s acquisition of Twin Oaks in December, 2014. Mr. Hepner has extensive ties to the Bank’s and the Company’s market area, as well as valuable leadership experience that he brings to the Board of Directors. Mr. Hepner also represents the Bank in its membership in the Illinois Bankers Association, serving as a trustee and Vice Chairman of the IBA Health Insurance Trust. He also serves as the Treasurer of the Marseilles Elementary School District #150 and as a member of the Board of Directors and Vice Chairman of the Seneca Regional Port District. Mr. Hepner holds an undergraduate degree in accountancy from Bradley University.
Thomas M. Adler
Director
Mr. Adler is the former President of Adler Consulting LLC, a position he held since April, 2014. Prior to that time, Mr. Adler served as Vice President of Quality Technology International, a specialty grains and animal feed ingredients company since 2003. Prior to that he held several positions in DuPont’s Agricultural business. Mr. Adler has extensive ties to the Bank’s and the Company’s market area as well as valuable leadership experience that he brings to the Board of Directors. In addition, Mr. Adler is a former Director of Twin Oaks Savings Bank having served in that position from 2001 until they were acquired by the Bank in December 2014, and provides the Board with valuable insight into the markets in which Twin Oaks operated.
John M. Armstrong
Director
Mr. Armstrong is the owner of Armstrong Wealth Management in Ottawa, Illinois. As a Certified Financial Planner and a member of the AICPA, Mr. Armstrong provides the Board of Directors with experience regarding accounting and financial matters. Additionally, as a lifelong resident of Ottawa, Mr. Armstrong has been actively involved in various community organizations, having served on the Board of the Ottawa Elementary School and the Illinois Valley Fine Arts Trust and as a committee member with the United Way of Eastern LaSalle County.
Keith F. Johnson
Director
Mr. Johnson is the former owner of Johnson Pattern and Machine Co. in Ottawa, Illinois. As a lifelong resident of Ottawa who is actively involved in various community organizations, Mr. Johnson has in-depth knowledge of the market area in which the Bank and Company operate. Mr. Johnson’s service as an elected Commissioner of our local government has provided him with leadership and managerial skills which are valuable to the Board of Directors.
Arthur C. Mueller
Director
Mr. Mueller is the former President of Mueller Funeral Homes, Inc. As a life-long and sixth generation resident of LaSalle County, Mr. Mueller has been actively involved in various community organizations, having served on the Board of the Ottawa Regional Hospital and Healthcare Center, the Ottawa Area Chamber of Commerce and as a former Campaign Chairman of the United Way of Eastern LaSalle County. He currently serves as a Chamber Ambassador and is a member of Rotary International. With five funeral home locations in LaSalle County, Mr. Mueller has extensive ties to the Bank’s and the Company’s market area, as well as valuable leadership experience that he brings to the Board of Directors.
Dianna Torman
Director
Ms. Torman recently retired from her position as President & Chief Executive Officer of Prairie Community Bank, where she also served as director of the bank and holding company for 14 years. Having over 30 years of community banking experience, Ms. Torman brings a wealth of knowledge to the Board of Directors of the Bank and Company and a high level of commitment to the communities we serve. She has participated in leadership roles on her local high school board as well as the foundation for the local community college. Ms. Torman represents OSB Community Bank in its membership in the Community Bankers Association of Illinois as a current member of its board. She holds an undergraduate degree in Finance from Northern Illinois University.
