Mark Stoudt has been with OSB Community Bank since 2008. Mark has been a community banker for over 25 years, serving the commercial banking needs of customers in Ottawa and the surrounding communities. He currently serves as a board member of Habitat for Humanity of LaSalle, Bureau and Putnam Counties and the Ottawa Port District. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Lewis University in Romeoville, Illinois.

Kevin Hughes is a lifelong resident of the Ottawa area and has worked in community banking in Ottawa and the surrounding communities for over 25 years, primarily as a commercial and agricultural lender. Kevin currently serves on the fundraising committee for the LaSalle County Farm Bureau Foundation’s Ag in the Classroom program. Kevin received a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Illinois State University in Normal, Illinois.

Jim Blalock has over 40 years of Banking and lending experience and is extremely devoted to serving the needs of his customers. Jim earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, Illinois. He serves as a Board Member of the Seneca Grade School Foundation and is also a Member of the Finance Committee of the Grundy Economic Development Council. He serves the Commercial Banking needs of customers throughout Will, Grundy, Kendall, and Lasalle Counties.

Marty Miller serves as the Business Banking & Digital Solutions Manager, partnering with local businesses to help them achieve their financial goals through customized banking solutions and innovative digital tools. With a strong background in business banking, customer relationship management, and digital banking services, he is dedicated to helping business owners streamline operations, improve cash flow management, and maximize efficiency through technology-driven financial solutions. 

Gina Keeney serves as a Business Banking Associate and brings over 30 years of banking experience to her role. Gina is dedicated to assisting local businesses with their banking needs. Gina leverages her extensive banking experience and customer-focused attitude to connect with customers and understand their unique financial needs.
